Account Manager Description
Milliman is seeking an Account Manager to work in a fast-growing department in Omaha to both nurture existing client relationships and drive new business growth. This role requires a proactive professional who excels at understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. You will also maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system, and stay informed about industry trends to inform your strategy.

Specific duties- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns to resolve issues promptly
- Serve as the main point of contact for small-scale client groups
- Collect feedback from our clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products
- Educate and advise individuals on the benefits and requirements of the ICHRA.
- Explain plan features, benefits, and limitations to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in the health insurance industry, particularly related to ICHRA guidelines and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Manage relationships with insurance brokers as well as client employer groups and their employees

- Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration or related field
- One to two years’ experience in account management or a related field preferred

LocationThis position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time.
CompensationA combination of factors will be considered to determine the compensation for this role, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
