Summary:
The Jet Card Sales Director – Outbound is responsible for driving new client acquisition and revenue growth by proactively targeting high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. This role involves strategic outbound sales efforts including cold outreach, lead generation, relationship building, and closing Jet Card memberships. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in luxury or aviation sales, a strong understanding of private aviation solutions, and the ability to deliver a high-touch, consultative sales experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Proven track record of success in sales with a strong “hunter” mentality and experience managing long sales cycles.
- Professional, composed, and competitive under pressure.
- Persistent and customer-focused, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Strong independent judgment, initiative, and self‑motivation.
- Skilled in handling objections and navigating complex sales conversations to close deals.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Confident presenter, comfortable in high‑stakes, in‑person or virtual settings (e.g., boardrooms, video meetings).
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently.
- Proactive territory leader with a collaborative, problem‑solving approach to business growth and improvement.
Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of high‑end/executive level sales and / or customer service required. Aviation or luxury brand preferred
- Proven experience developing, negotiating, finalizing, and implementing contracts required
- This position follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work 3–4 days per week from the local base and may work 1–2 days remotely from home, depending on team needs and business priorities.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Able to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functions
- Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package to team members. Starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000. Actual base salary provided is dependent upon geographic location, aircraft size (crew positions), relevant education, training and experience of the candidate.
