As an Excavation Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company. You will conduct in‑home sales visits to diagnose homeowner needs and recommend our specialized excavation, plumbing, and HVAC services. This role is perfect for a self‑motivated closer who can build rapport quickly and maintain a high level of professional integrity.

- Compensation:
Earn up to $150,000 annually
- Conduct site visits to recommend excavation and home services based on specific customer needs.
- Answer inquiries regarding pricing, credit terms, and service availability while following up to ensure total satisfaction.
- Accurately mark dig locations and capture site photos/videos for our excavation technicians using our job management system.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless project handoffs.
- 1+ years of experience in Outside Sales or In‑Home Service Sales (Preferred).
- Strong communication, great attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be coachable, accountable, and demonstrate a high level of personal integrity.
- Must be willing to work some nights and weekends to meet customer demand.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Tech‑savvy; comfortable using tablets and CRM software to document sites and upload media.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain at job sites.
