HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio where members experience 12 unique workouts inside infrared saunas, led by virtual instructors. We also feature a fully equipped functional training area with dumbbells, kettle bells, battle ropes, and more.

• Engage & Welcome – Greet guests, give studio tours, and ensure every visitor feels comfortable and informed.
• Drive Sales – Promote memberships, packages, and retail products using strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Social Media Savvy – Create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and more to grow our community.
• Customer Support – Assist members in selecting programs, answer questions, and resolve concerns with top-tier service.
• Follow-Up & Build Relationships – Stay connected with members to encourage progress and retention.
• Keep It Spotless – Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Admin Support – Schedule appointments, update customer records, and process transactions accurately.
• Collaborate – Work closely with your team to hit sales goals and foster a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Staffed Hours :

• Mon–Thurs : 11 AM – 8 PM
• Friday : 9 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday : 11 AM – 4 PM

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
• Excellent communication and people skills
