What You’ll Do- Drive New Business:
Identify, pursue, and win new opportunities across key markets. - Grow Key Accounts:
Strengthen current partnerships, build loyalty, and uncover expansion opportunities. - Compete to Win:
Embrace the challenge of high standards and bring a closer’s mindset to every interaction. - Own the Sales Cycle:
Lead every phase — from prospecting to presentations, proposals, and close. - Collaborate for Delivery:
Partner with project managers, designers, and operations to ensure every promise a reality. - Represent AOI:
Expand AOI's reach through client meetings, networking and industry events, and community engagement.
- 3–5 years of proven success in commercial furniture sales or a related B2B industry preferred.
- A natural connector who quickly earns trust with decision-makers.

- Skilled in presentations, proposals, and closing deals.
- Organized and agile — you manage multiple accounts with ease and precision.
- Tech savvy — using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry‑relevant software.
