The Retail & Café Associate supports the daily operations of Think’s retail store and Agora Café. This role is responsible for merchandising products, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent café and retail service.

This position helps create a welcoming environment for patients, employees, and guests while ensuring product displays, inventory levels, and café service meet Think’s high standards.

Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, employees, and visitors
• Assist customers with product recommendations and purchases
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain Think’s reputation for service excellence
• Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder merchandise as needed
• Research and recommend new retail products and trends
• Assist with promotional displays and in-store events
• Operate the Square point‑of‑sale system for transactions and reporting
• Manage cash tills and deposits
• Track sales and inventory in collaboration with Logistics, Accounting, and IT
• Maintain accurate product information and pricing
• Provide support for Agora Café operations, including barista coverage when needed
• Assist with food and beverage service while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards
• Maintain relationships with vendors and assist with sourcing new suppliers
• Inspect retail and café areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and product availability
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with retail merchandising and product displays
• Comfortable using POS systems (Square or similar)
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced customer environment
• Basic computer skills

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2+ years retail or customer service experience preferred

This position operates in a healthcare and retail café environment.

• Standing for extended periods (up to 80% of shift)
• Walking throughout the retail and café areas
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
