JOB SUMMARY
Work within the E-Commerce team to fulfill production and shipping requirements and satisfy established department objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ship and post products on Shop Goodwill, eBay and Amazon while meeting production quotas
• Package items for shipment safely and efficiently
• Assist customers in a courteous, professional and helpful manner
• Scan and sort books into appropriate categories
• Accurately describe items listed online with photographs and written descriptions
• Operate equipment and software in the listing and shipment of product
• Organize and stock items, maintain inventory counts as needed
• Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
• Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Ability to type 40-50 wpm preferred.
• Previous shipping experience preferred.
• Must have computer skills including knowledge of word processing programs, how to use email and internet software.
