Overview

Sales Associate - White House Black Market at 17170 Davenport St, Ste 100, Omaha, NE. The position supports Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.

• Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge; recommends merchandise selections or helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by Management.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Models and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni channel experience.
• Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns and a fast, efficient register experience with current policies on payments, coupons, returns and exchanges, security practices, and other operations.
• Supports signing up clients for reward programs, clienteling, and wardrobing; maintains a solid customer following through ongoing communication and knowledge of product fit and style offerings in store and online.
• Maintains consistent client communication and utilizes customer books to nurture relationships.
• Supports replenishment, locate fulfillment, and visual directives including floor sets, window changes, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving and seeks personal development opportunities.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
• Regular attendance essential; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Constant walking/standing: 67-100% of an 8-hour shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs: 1-33% of an 8-hour shift
• Frequent climbing: 34-66% of an 8-hour shift
