Job DescriptionThe Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experiences. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving floor performance through superior customer service and daily sales achievement.

- Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
- During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.
- Education:
High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent (preferred) - Retail
Experience:
At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred) - Supervisor / Managerial
Experience:
No supervisory or management experience required - Customer Focus
