The Spice & Tea Exchange of Omaha is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate who’s passionate about flavors, friendly with customers, and ready to have fun  you love helping people discover new teas, spices, and seasonings, this is the perfect job for you!

As a Sales Associate at The Spice & Tea Exchange® of Omaha, you’ll help create an inviting and flavorful experience for every guest by:

• Providing Stellar Customer Service – Greet every guest with our signature welcome and follow-up lines
• Assist customers with product selection, usage tips, and personalized recommendations
• Build connections with customers to encourage return visits and word-of-mouth referrals

• Maintaining Inventory & Store Appearance – Stock shelves, counters, and displays while monitoring inventory levels
• Notify management of low-stock items to ensure product availability
• Assist in pricing and labeling merchandise accurately

• Product Handling & Preparation – Blend and package products as needed
• Retrieve requested merchandise and answer product-related questions
• Maintain accurate product knowledge by reading materials and attending training

• Following Store Procedures – Adhere to operational standards and daily store procedures
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating a great experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to measure ingredients, use a scale, and follow recipes with basic math skills
