Stocking Team Associate

Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight
• Maintain backroom organization and inventory readiness
• Move and stock goods using appropriate equipment

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
