- Provide exceptional customer service that promotes product and builds brand relationships
- Assist management in building store business
- Support service initiatives to build relationships, including use of Concierge
- Serve multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously
- Stay informed about fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion, etc.)
- Use knowledge to create outfits and suggest additional items
- Participate in learning opportunities and accept coaching to maximize performance
- Achieve sales and service metrics (clientelling/outreach, appointments, Talbots Classic Awards)
- Complete operational tasks (filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.)
