Who You Are
  • Demonstrate selling competence and styling expertise with a love of fashion

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer service that promotes product and builds brand relationships
  • Assist management in building store business
  • Support service initiatives to build relationships, including use of Concierge
  • Serve multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion, etc.)
  • Use knowledge to create outfits and suggest additional items
  • Participate in learning opportunities and accept coaching to maximize performance
  • Achieve sales and service metrics (clientelling/outreach, appointments, Talbots Classic Awards)
  • Complete operational tasks (filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.)
