• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
• Assist in menu planning and development of new culinary creations
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain an efficient and organized kitchen
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality standards
• Leadership skills to supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Culinary degree or diploma is a plus
