Food & Beverage Attendant

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking and filling food/b​everage orders, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards. Pay rate is $15.00/hour, plus shared tips. We are needing people with open availability to cover all shifts.

• Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of War Horse Gaming, LLC.
• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service to all guests of the casino.
• Complies with cash‑handling procedures.
• Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items.
• Reviews with guest all food and beverage items to ensure accuracy of order.
• Learns guests’ preferences and makes recommendations based on preferences.
• Cleans and organizes workstations according to department standards and health requirements.
• Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.
• Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
• Always presents oneself with a neat and clean appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or educational equivalent required.
• Previous server and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch‑screen technology.

Travel is not required for this position.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

• Gaming license required:
  Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
• Other certifications:
  Food Handler, Serv Safe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification.
