Food & Beverage Attendant
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking and filling food/beverage orders, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards. Pay rate is $15.00/hour, plus shared tips. We are needing people with open availability to cover all shifts.
Essential Job Functions / Duties- Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of War Horse Gaming, LLC.
- Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service to all guests of the casino.
- Complies with cash‑handling procedures.
- Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items.
- Reviews with guest all food and beverage items to ensure accuracy of order.
- Learns guests’ preferences and makes recommendations based on preferences.
- Cleans and organizes workstations according to department standards and health requirements.
- Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
- Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
- Always presents oneself with a neat and clean appearance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be 19 years or older.
- High school diploma or educational equivalent required.
- Previous server and customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch‑screen technology.

Travel is not required for this position.
Work HoursDue to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Certification Requirements- Responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages? Yes
- Gaming license required:
Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License. - Other certifications:
Food Handler, Serv Safe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification.
