The Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable guest experience by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
Beverage Server – Part-Time Day Shift
Pay: $7.00/hour + Tips
Status: Part-Time | Day Shift
Responsibilities- Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service to all guests
- Accurately enters orders into the POS system
- Prepares beverage set-ups and garnishes according to standards
- Retrieves and clears used glassware in a timely manner
- Maintains proper balance of server bank, when applicable
- Complies with all department policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Follows all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the service of alcohol
- Maintains current S.M.A.R.T. and/or T.I.P.S. certification
- Promotes positive guest and team member relations
- Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times
- Attends required meetings and training sessions
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use mobile devices and touch-screen technology
- Experience with smartphones and tablet applications preferred
- Demonstrates professionalism, ethical conduct, and a commitment to service excellence

Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Travel RequirementsTravel is not required for this position.
Certification & Licensing Requirements- Responsible for selling and serving alcoholic beverages
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (Serv Safe, TIPS, or equivalent) required
- Exposure to loud noises and work safety hazards
- Occasional exposure to weather, temperature changes, and secondhand smoke
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms
- Requires balance, coordination, agility, and endurance
- Ability to concentrate and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Perform basic math calculations
- Maintain accuracy under time pressure
- Ability to see, hear, smell, and communicate effectively
