• You have 2 years of bartending experience
• You're a positive, friendly team player
• You're personable with a passion for helping people
• You have great interpersonal communication skills

• Have positive interactions with guests while making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed
• Prepare the bar for guest service and assist in other preparation tasks
• Stay up to date on current specialties, menu deviations, etc.
• Prepare drinks to recipe specifications
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates
