• Review sales and scheduling to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) are met.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; make necessary adjustments.
• Create and monitor schedule; manage new team members onboarding.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Issue resolution in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Availability for all shifts, including open, close, weekends, and holidays.
