Description
Biaggi's is hiring Hosts to help us create the ultimate dining experience for our guests. If you love serving people and know how to "wow" with your customer service, we want you to be on our team!
Applicants must be friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, punctual, honest, and comfortable with customer service. Must be available to work consistently, always have a positive attitude, and be an excellent communicator.
Host responsibilities include greeting customers, helping guests with reservations, guiding them to their tables, giving accurate wait time estimates, providing menus, answering questions, optimizing seating, answering phones, scheduling reservations, side work, station setup, and light restaurant maintenance.
Host Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- High stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
