Position: Data Coordinator (Part-Time; Temporary)

Position Summary

Part‑time, temporary Data Coordinator to support HIV grants activities at the UNMC Specialty Care Center. The role focuses on data cleaning, analysis, and management; assisting with abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations; and supporting grant development through literature reviews, drafting proposal슨 sections, and organizing required documents.

The coordinator will work closely with the principal investigator and project staff to maintain timelines, ensure accurate documentation, and support dissemination of program outcomes. Strong writing and organizational skills, combined with experience in data analysis tools, are required.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of two years of data management experience in an academic or research setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SAS or SPSS.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to prepare abstracts, manuscripts, presentations, and grant sections.
  • Experience or familiarity with HIV data coordination, implementation science, or related public health research (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with HIV data coordination.
  • Experience in implementation science or related public amp research.
