We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Ralph Marasco Real Estate Group at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Ambassador Real Estate. In this vital role, you will support the daily operations of our real estate office, assist with client interactions, and ensure smooth property transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing real estate documents, contracts, and legal paperwork in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct property research, gather market data, and prepare reports to aid in sales negotiations and decision-making processes.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining client databases, filing documents, and organizing property files for easy access.
