Senior Commercial Escrow Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commercial Escrow Officer, located in Omaha, NE. The Senior Commercial Escrow Officer will oversee the processing and closing of complex commercial escrow transactions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing escrow instructions, reviewing title commitments, managing funds, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring all transaction documents are accurate and compliant. In this role, you will also maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in commercial real estate transactions.

• Proficiency in Escrow processes and Closings, including handling complex commercial transactions
• Knowledge of Title Insurance and Underwriting processes
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions and relevant software tools is a plus
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• College degree or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in real estate or escrow services preferred
