We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Commercial Property Manager to join our Omaha-based team to manage our growing portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Midwest and manage our footprint throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of Commercial properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
  • Forecast management plans, track performance, and explain variances in monthly reports.
  • Oversee property marketing, operations, and financial activities, including monetary collections, deposits, and coding.
  • Review and reconcile tenant rent payments and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team handling accounting, maintenance, and leasing, with a focus on client and tenant relations and high-level property decisions.
  • Respond to tenant needs promptly, ensuring issues are resolved by administrative and technical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, contractual obligations, and service standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and recommend or approve maintenance, alterations, and reconditioning as needed. Supervise vendor services as required.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships through participation in industry, trade, and civic organizations.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of real estate or brokerage experience preferred.
  • Nebraska real estate license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate.
  • Ability to read and understand commercial lease agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yarid and other property management software platforms
