Naturescape is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist in Omaha, NE to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. $18/hr - $25/hr is the average pay you can earn, including incentives and overtime opportunities. Starting wage is $18.00+/hr
. As a specialist, you can significantly increase your average hourly pay through significant weekly performance-based incentives
. The majority of our specialists earn bonuses each week, and top-performing specialists make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance-based bonuses alone. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you enjoy spending your day outdoors in various weather conditions. You typically work 10-hour days, 4 days per week (variations occur due to weather and customer needs). You consult with residential and commercial customers on a full range of lawn and landscape issues to assess their needs. Your customer service skills and training ensure customers are happy with their property and services.

You drive company vehicles to customer locations and provide lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal. Your dedication helps customers achieve the lawn and landscape of their dreams.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn
• No lawn care or landscape experience required; paid training provided
