As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will report to a Field Manager, and your primary focus is maintaining some of Omaha’s most beautiful properties, all in line with our vision to be the most loved landscape company in the Midwest.

• Lead, motivate, and delegate landscaping tasks to your team of 2-3 crew members
• Maintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with, allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer service
• Prioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our landscaping services

• 2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer setup is preferred, but not required
• Ability to run landscaping equipment, which includes but is not limited to mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and chainsaws
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team player
