Nurse Residency offered for all New Graduates:

As our PCU Nurse at CHI Health you will help critically ill patients by providing exceptional care, monitoring and managing their conditions, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
• Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits, while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 5 months of hire
