Shift: Night Shift, 12x3
Weekly Pay: $2200 – $2400
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown for a 13-week contract assignment in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients who require close monitoring but do not need intensive care. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in the Stepdown unit
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery
Requirements:
• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown nursing experience
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
