This is a Trauma ICU RN crisis position. Shift: 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM–6:30 PM or 6:30 PM–6:30 AM) ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications RNs will manage critically ill patients, titrate drips (vasopressors, sedation, narcotics, antiarrhythmics, paralytics), interpret telemetry, and work with ICU equipment such as ventilators and advanced monitoring systems.
