Job Details
• Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting,
• Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM,
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required,
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the EMR,
Job Requirements
• Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable,
• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required,
• Current BLS certification required,
• LTC/SNF experience appropriate for post-acute care setting,
Additional Information
• Point Click Care (PCC) charting experience is beneficial given its use in this setting,
• Every other weekend and holiday shifts are expected as part of the regular schedule,
