Description

Three full-time positions | Women's Health Clinic (30th & L) 40 hours | Northwest (90th & Fort) 40 hours | Livestock Exchange Campus - Peds Clinic (30th & L) 40 hours | All Monday - Friday

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the general supervision of the medical providers. The LPN is responsible for the nursing practices, policies, and procedures of One World Community Health Centers within the LPN scope of practice. Supervision of Health Assistants and Medical Assistants may be required.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from an accredited school required.

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Nebraska required; or license eligibility.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

One year or more of nursing experience preferred.

Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.

Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to One World patients and staff.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
