Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients receiving life‑changing spinal surgeries. With a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 3:1, you will have the time and support needed to provide the highest level of care.
What You'll Do- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs.
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation.
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, laboratory, respiratory therapy and imaging.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
We are offering up to a $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus and up to $10,000 in student‑loan repayment assistance to new hires who meet the following eligibility requirements.
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program college, or university.
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
