• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Assessment: systematically gather and analyze psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle data.
• Plan: set measurable, achievable short‑term and long‑term goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement: carry out or modify the plan using evidence‑based practice, care coordination, education, and discharge planning while adhering to delegation standards.
• Evaluate: assess progress toward goals, revising the plan as needed with patient and team participation.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient’s record.

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license in Nebraska, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire.
