As a School Registered Nurse in Omaha, you’ll provide essential health care and support to students in a calm, supportive school environment — making a positive impact without the high-stress demands and emotional toll that bedside nursing can bring.

• Provide compassionate health care in school health offices across multiple campuses
• Manage routine health needs and support students with chronic conditions
• Respond calmly and confidently to any medical concerns that arise
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to support student wellbeing
• Help foster a safe and nurturing environment where students can focus on learning and growing

• Your nursing expertise and gentle presence
• Active Nebraska RN license and School Nurse Certification (required)
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health
• CPR certification and up-to-date health screenings
