Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Join Our Team as a Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Omaha, NE

As a Locum CRNA, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthesia services across a diverse range of cases, supporting a dynamic team in a reputable, Level 1 Trauma setting. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills, gain valuable experience, and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

What You'll Need:
  • Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling, including availability for varying shifts
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment
  • Proficiency in anesthesia techniques across general, trauma, neuro, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, bariatrics, and more
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in an academic or Level 1 Trauma center
  • Previous familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
  • Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Certificate in advanced anesthesia techniques or specialties
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
  • Prior CRNA experience in a hospital setting, especially in trauma or complex cases
  • Experience working with anesthesiologists and supporting team members in a cooperative environment
Other Requirements:
  • Candidates must be eligible for credentialing within 60-90 days, including credentialing with Nebraska Spine Hospital
  • Availability to work scheduled days from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Willingness to cover shifts in November and December 2025, with flexibility on specific dates
  • Travel and lodging preferences include local travel and preferred hotels; local air travel highly preferred
This role offers competitive hourly pay at a rate of $300.00 per hour, with additional compensation for orientation ($150/hour after 8 hours), holiday hours ($450/hour at 1.5x regular rate), and training hours. Malpractice coverage is included within the rate.
