Schedule

Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

FT/PT/PRN and Weekends Only

Job Summary

Ambassador Health Omaha LTC Acute Hospital is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our LTC/Acute Rehab. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the LPN provides safe, high-quality nursing care while working within the full scope of practice in a long-term care or assisted living setting.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on the LTC/Acute Rehab
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents per facility policy
• Accurately complete charting and documentation
• Communicate with physicians and carry out orders
• Supervise and support nursing staff as needed

• Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska with IV Certification
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer)
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules
