Are you a skilled and compassionate clinician who thrives in both leadership and hands‑on care? We’re seeking a CCU Inpatient Clinical Supervisor who is ready to make a difference—both at the bedside and in shaping a high‑performing team.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Provide direct, hands‑on patient care

Education Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing – required.
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience including one year in pediatric nursing – required.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience – preferred.
- Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure, and be able to perform under stressful conditions when confronted with multiple requests, demonstrating prioritizing skills.
- RN – Registered Nurse – State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure. Current and valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license upon hire – required.
- BCLS – Basic Life Support. Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association upon hire – required.
- PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Current and valid certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 days – required.
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Current and valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required (ED and CCU only) within 180 days – required.
- NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation. Current and valid certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required (NICU only) upon hire – required.

About the TeamThe Cardiac Care Unit is a brand new 32‑bed, adaptable acuity model, providing high quality care to all cardiac patients across the continuum from admission to discharge. The CCU nurse care is for patients with a primary cardiac diagnosis and varying acuity levels, majority less than one year of age.
With 24/7 in‑house critical care physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as dedicated pharmacists, social workers, nurse navigators, and dietitians, the Cardiac Care Unit offers a multidisciplinary, family‑centered approach to care. Patients cared for in the Cardiac Care Unit are newborn to young adult with congenital and acquired heart disease undergoing pre and post‑surgical repair and/or heart catheterization and patients with heart failure, transplant, shock, pulmonary hypertension, and patients needing ECMO support.
