Christ for the City International is seeking a Mission Trips Recruiter whose primary responsibility is clear and essential:
to get people on mission trips.

This role is focused, structured, and outcome‑driven. Success is measured by trip registrations for Urban Plunge (Domestic) and Global Mission Trips
, achieved through disciplined outreach, follow‑up, and relationship‑building with churches and ministry leaders.

• Recruit churches, youth ministries, and ministry leaders for mission trips
• Conduct consistent outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Maintain a clear recruitment pipeline and follow‑up rhythm
• Travel seasonally for in‑person recruiting (primarily January–February)

• Progress toward trip registration goals
• Meeting key spring and early summer checkpoints
• Consistent follow‑through and pipeline discipline

• Have experienced both local and global mission trips
• Thrive with clear goals and accountability
• Enjoy relational work and structured execution
• Can stay focused and passionate about achieving outcomes
