Summary

We are hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist who develops and executes innovative campaigns, blending strategic thinking with creative execution across digital, social, and print platforms, focusing on content creation (ads, blogs, video) brand messaging. They translate complex ideas into visually engaging, on‑brand materials, ensuring campaigns are effective and data‑driven, requiring strong analytical and creative skills to optimize strategies for business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing materials (real estate signage, flyers, brochures, etc.)
  • Assist with internal and external communications, news requests, PR notices, etc.
  • Maintain company's website, Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, and industry‑specific sites, etc.
  • Ensures company is getting results from outside marketing vendors
Skills needed:
  • Graphic design and web skills:
    Adobe Suite Products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Dreamweaver, & Word Press**
  • Marketing knowledge
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Time management & Multi‑tasking skills
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Goal‑oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional proofreading skills
  • Social media knowledge and demonstrated skills in good taste
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization is a plus
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Marketing
    • Experience in Property Management/Real Estate Marketing a plus.
  • A college degree in Marketing or special Marketing or Graphic Design certification will also be considered applicable in lieu of experience.
  • Candidate must already be familiar with how to use Adobe Suite products to create marketing materials in order to be successful at the job.
  • Ability to provide portfolio of previous work preferred.

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evenings as needed
