We are currently seeking a dedicated Die Cutting Aerator to join our Omaha, Nebraska team on our overnight shift (11pm-7am). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, wants to learna diket trade, and is Toda ready to build a meaningful career in manufacturing. In this role, you’ll support the Die Cutting department by preparing, staging, and aerating paperboard loads — a critical step in the production of high‑quality folding cartons.
ShiftSchedule & Compensation:
Overnight 11pm-7am, Sunday through Thursday carnes
Occasional overtime available
$1/hour Shift Differential for all hours worked
Starting Pay: $18.00-$21.00. Pay range is general for this position. Actual compensation offered will depend on experience.
What You’ll Do- Safely operate material‑handling equipment to deliver loads to the Die Cutting presses
- Use electronic scheduling tools and load tracking systems to stage the correct factory orders
- Properly position loads into the Jogger Aerator unit
- Operate the Aerator to aerate, align, and prepare loads for efficient Die Cutter performance
- Enter completed load data to ensure accurate sheet and job counts
- Follow all departmental SOPs and quality procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance on the Aerator following established instructions
- Maintain housekeeping and organization in your work area
- Communicate key job details and updates to teammates and leaders
- Uphold all company policies related to safety, food safety, OSHA, and general compliance
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Mechanical aptitude and interest in how equipment works
- Basic computer skills and comfort with digital production tools
- Problem‑solving skills applied to equipment and workflow
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience
- 1+ year of material handling experience (Walkie rider or similar equipment preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
learn the fundamentals of the die cutting process, gain exposure to advanced converting equipment, and develop the skills needed for long‑term advancement.
