Fabricator, Manufacturing ​/ Production

** Fabricator
* * to join their fabrication team. Qualified candidates will be self-directed and quality minded. We want to add team members who take pride in their work and have the ability to solve problems in a team environment.

** What's in it for you?*

+ 1st shift:
Monday - Friday, 5:00AM - 1:30PM

+ Full-time hours

** What will you be doing?*
* + Set up, adjust, and operate fabrication machinery to produce metal components according to blueprints and work orders

+ Operate CNC Laser (Omaha, NE), CNC Waterjet (Omaha, NE), CNC press brakes, metal rollers, rotary punch presses, coil straighteners and feeders, sanders, drills, milling machines, grinders, metal shears, iron workers, and saws

+ Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

+ Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, rules, squares, angle gages, and height gages

+ Maintain accurate inventory and labor time records

+ Utilize ERP systems to track materials, inventory locations, and production orders

+ Promote and follow all safety standards and 5S initiatives

+ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity within the fabrication process

** What do you bring?*
* + Positive, can-do attitude

+ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fabrication or job shop environment

+ Experience operating CNC Laser, CNC Waterjet, press brakes, and other fabrication equipment

+ Blueprint reading skills (required)

+ Experience using precision measuring tools

+ Strong attention to detail and quality focus

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Safety-first mindset
