Job Description

• Operate various types of formulating equipment.
• Perform routine and non‑routine operations safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment with assistance and solve problems.
• Effectively use safety equipment such as respirators and protective clothing.
• Follow operator standard work to maintain formulation batch cycle time.
• Operate forklift and perform hand additions to formulation vessels.
• Work overtime and rotating shifts as required by business needs.

• Mill base processes maintain at least 85% Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Participate in near‑miss/incident reporting and 5
  
  WHY/incident investigations.
• Lean idea generation and behavioral‑based safety observations are completed to promote continuous improvement in the formulation units.
• Follow and complete operator standard work for the formulation processes.
• Lead waste‑stream processes in production area, including waste water (treatable/zero discharge), operating compactors (contaminated/recycler), drum crushing and monitoring contaminated roll‑off containers.
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior production, packaging, or quality control experience desired.
