Position SummaryThe Engineering Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and equipment to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency. The role ensures the engineering, maintenance teams, and other manufacturing departments are aligned and working toward shared goals, directing maintenance of equipment to aid the manufacturing process.
Position ResponsibilitiesRequired
- 7+ years of manufacturing engineer experience.
- Strong attention to detail, high-energy, self‑starter, and quick to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing and/or chemical processing.
- Strong technical skills and eagerness to take on challenges.
- Strong management skills in a manufacturing plant.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or a combination of Associate’s degree plus ten (10) + years of manufacturing and engineering experience.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
