Job Title
Packaging Coordinator

Reports ToPurchasing Supervisor
Essential Job Functions- Coordinate material offloading with shipping to ensure daily production supplies are available.
- Conduct weekly physical inventory of packaging materials located within the plant and compare with SAP inventory.
- Advise purchasing on material shortages or unusual usage.
- Reconciling and troubleshooting packaging inventory on a daily basis.
- Perform data entry and issue packaging supply items from the storeroom.
- Follow the exchange program for personnel items, maintaining supply logs, conducting cycle and inventory counts, and ensuring security measures are followed.
- Meet with supervisors on packaging needs.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in SAP preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
