We are currently seeking Finishing Utility team members in our Omaha, NE facility. This role may be entry‑level or more advanced based on your experience. You’ll learn how to support our production lines by safely feeding, catching, packing, and preparing cartons for our customers. • Feed cartons into finishing machines and catch cartons as they come off the line.
• Pack cartons into cases according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Set up and prepare corrugated cases, trays, dividers, and labels for runs.
• Perform in-line quality checks on finished cartons and alert operators if adjustments are needed.
• Obtain Level 1 Material Handler Certification (pallet jack) as part of your on-the-job training.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, food safety, and OSHA standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned while building your skills for future advancement.

We are currently hiring for ALL SHIFTS.

Listed starting pay is an estimate. Compensation is determined based on individual factors such as experience and skills.
Shift differentials apply to 2nd and 3rd Shift!

• Previous manufacturing or similar work experience is helpful (6+ months preferred), but not required — we’ll train the right candidate.
