Maintenance Supervisor – Relief Role (Omaha, NE)
W.K. Kellogg Co invites you to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor, stepping into a fast‑paced, flexible role that supports production by covering supervisory responsibilities and driving impactful maintenance projects.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate teams while covering supervisory responsibilities across all departments.
- Maintain work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement across all departments.
- Direct, train, and develop maintenance team members for assigned areas and shifts.
- Diagnose maintenance issues and resolve or mitigate them using root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and waste through LEAN principles.
- Document and implement maintenance and reliability best practices.
- High school diploma or GED with related work experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
- Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in manufacturing.
- Ability to work any shift as needed.
$75,560 – $95,700 (base salary, contingent on experience and market conditions).
