BAS Controls Tech - Omaha, Nebraska - Controls-Only Company
POSITION- Controls Technician
- Omaha, Nebraska
- Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
- Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
- Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
- Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs
- Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users
- Healthcare, schools, government, schools, municipal, education.
- New Construction, Design Build, Retrofits, Controls Sequences
