* Primary Responsibilities:

*
* • Collaborates with the Leasing and Marketing Manager to develop the Marketing Plan and sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals.

• Build rapport with internal and external customers to maintain positive relationships.  
• Interact with residents with the highest level of customer service and a positive, can-do attitude.  
• Walk units, prepare final accounts, and execute statements.  
• Handle resident concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.  
• Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.  
• Controls delinquency, collections, and expenditures.  
• Monitors monthly operating statements and ensures adherence to the budget.  
• Oversee leasing duties.

** Required Skills/Abilities
*** A proactive self-starter who possesses exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
* Must be able to exercise sound judgment, prioritize tasks to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, exhibit a high degree of flexibility
** Professional Requirements:
*** At least five years of multifamily experience is required.
* At least three years of direct management experience is required.
* High School diploma or equivalent is required.
* CAM or CAPS preferred.
** SKILLS &

COMPETENCIES:

*** Knowledge of the principles of management and supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including motivating and leading a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Exposure to property management software.

Experience with One Site and Teams is a plus.
* Yardi experience is preferred
* Ability to review, understand, and report financial information.
* A comprehensive understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.
* Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
* Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.

* Physical Requirements:

*** Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting potential clients.
* Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
* Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
