Asset Manager

The Commercial Asset Manager is responsible for the strategic management and performance optimization of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role involves developing asset-specific business plans, overseeing leasing strategies, and managing the full lifecycle of assets from acquisition to disposition to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) and total returns. The Asset Manager focuses on the long-term financial health and performance of the portfolio while maintaing relationships between property owners, vendors and tenants.

• Bachelors Degree in related field required;
  Masters degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years successful experience as a business-to-business account manager where building and maintain strong relationship is key
• Minimum 3 years successful commercial property management or project management experience
• A Real Estate License is preferred at the time of hire; however, candidates who do not possess one will be required to obtain one.
• Coursework, certifications and/or license in real estate is preferred (CSM, CPM, RPA)
• Strong knowledge of operational budgeting, CAM reconciliations, rent collection process, and capital planning.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Ability to oversee legal matters, insurance claims and negotiate contracts.

Must possess both a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to The Lund Company's excess liability insurance carrier.
