VP, Partner Management, GSP's
What does a successful VP, Partner Management, GSP's do at Fiserv?
As a successful VP, Partner Management, GSP's, you will lead a team acting as an extension of our client's business representing Fiserv. You will be accountable for a client segment's strategic and operational outcomes. As a Partner Manager Leader, you will ensure Partner Managers are providing consultation and cross-functional leadership to Fiserv support teams and managing the overall day to day relationship.
You will have the opportunity to develop strategies, processes and people to effectively manage the client segment.
What you will do:
* Develop a trusted partner relationship with client segment stakeholders and executive sponsors
* Lead and develop a Partner Management team that manages the client relationship by providing consultation and leadership to drive strategic and operational outcomes
* Lead and develop a Project Management team that manages the client custom development projects by partnering with the client to develop requirements, testing and implementation strategies
* Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to manage client segments
* Partner with multiple business areas to build and implement business cases to hire dedicated resources, etc. to deliver on client business objectives
* Monitor, report on, and resolve billing issues, unbilled items, financial risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis
* Identify and implement metrics for internal and external monitoring and reporting
What you will need to have:
* 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
* Previous role(s) in Consulting, Account Management, Operations or Client Relationship Management
* 10+ years experience with strategic relationship building with internal and external clients
* 7+ years experience with program and project management
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills
* Ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed
* Ability to travel up to 20%
What would be great to have:
* MBA degree
* Experience in payments processing or the financial services industry and experience cultivating strategic partnerships
* Industry experience in credit/debit, issuing, Group Service Providers, installment lending, ATM or financial institution experience
* Contract and negotiation experience
* Familiarity with Fiserv Debit and Credit Processing Platforms, STAR, ATMs, and related products
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
