Position Summary

Everline Coatings is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Operations Manager to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure timely completion of projects

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions

Monitor and control budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the coatings industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies

Proficiency in budgeting and financial management

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
